Minnie A. Moore, 86, formerly of Piedmont, died Wednesday, August 1, 2007, at Countryside Park.
Born in Anderson County, a daughter of the late Adam Franklin "Babe" and Leila Norris Moore, Miss Moore retired from the Judson Plant of Milliken Corporation and was a member of Mountain Springs Baptist Church.
Surviving are a brother, Lindy Moore and his wife, Pat, of Piedmont; a sister, Hazel Hollingsworth of Piedmont; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Miss Moore was predeceased by four brothers, Calvin Moore, Marvin Moore, Sam Moore and Frank Moore and by a sister, Kate Calvert.
Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Shiloh United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Gene Neely officiating.
The family will receive friends at the graveside immediately following the service.
