Minnie Ruth Manley Pilgrim, 68, wife of the late Donald Lee Pilgrim passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at her home.
Mrs. Pilgrim was born in Pickens County and was a daughter of the late John Hunter and Edith Frances Moore Manley. She was a homemaker and a member of Faith Baptist Church in Norris.
Surviving are one son, Robert Lee Pilgrim and his wife, Deborah Ann; one daughter, Denise Sullivan, and her husband, Russell, all of Central; two grandchildren, Jason Russell Sullivan and his wife, Kattie,and Ryan Kendrick Sullivan and his fiancé, Kimberly Owens; three great grandchildren, Kaylee Ann Sullivan, Charity Leigh Sullivan and Hunter Shane Sullivan.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a brother, J. L. Manley; two sisters, Jo Faye Hare and Ava "Toby" Brookshire; one grandson, Shane Robert Pilgrim.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, February 25, 2017 in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home with burial to follow in Faith Baptist Church Cemetery in Norris.
The family will receive friends on Friday, February 24, 2017 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
