Lt. Col. Ret. Miron Walter Toth

Lt. Col. Ret. Miron Walter Toth, 77, husband of Priscilla "Dean" Toth and the late Ann Toth, passed away Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at his home.
Born in Chiminany, Czechoslovakia, the son of Mary Hric Toth of Michigan, and the late Andrej Toth, Mr. Toth was a graduate of Michigan State University where he received his Bachelor's degree and was employed with Covington, Patrick, Hagins, Stern & Lewis LLC. He was a retired US Air Force Lt. Col. having served in the Vietnam War. Mr. Toth was a member of Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church.
Surviving, in addition to his wife of ten years and his mother, are a son, Rodney Brent Simmons (Jessica) of Pickens; a daughter, Marsha Ann Kesterson (Keith) of NC; a sister, Mary Howey of MI; three grandchildren, Gage, Ava Grace, and Bradley; a nephew, Christopher Howey; a niece, Jennifer Burke; a great-nephew, Nicholas Burke; and his beloved dog, Max.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday, February 11, 2018 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road, Easley. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Anderson with military honors.
The family will receive friends from noon until 1:45 PM Sunday at the funeral home, prior to the service.
