Melissa Helen Davis Wylie, 50, of 209 Maple Boulevard, died Friday, February 13, 2009.
A native of Mariemont, OH, she was a daughter of Pierson Robert and Peggy D. Davis of Milford, OH. Mrs. Wylie held a Bachelors degree from Clemson University and worked as the day manager of Columbo's Italian Restaurant in Pendleton. She was a member of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church.
Surviving in addition to her parents are two sons, Charles Clifford "Charlie" Wylie of Clemson, Pierson Robert Davis Wylie of the home;and three sisters, Linda D. Toepfer of Springfield, IL, Patricia D. Everhart of Magnolia, TX, and Pamela D. Wisecup of Martinsville, OH.
A memorial service will be 2:30 PM Thursday at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church with Reverend John Nieman officiating. A reception will follow the service in the Parish Hall.
Visitation will be prior to the service at the church from 1 PM until 2:30 PM on Thursday.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Missy Wylie Memorial Fund; c/o Holy Trinity Episcopal Church; 193 Old Greenville Highway; Clemson, SC 29631.
