Mitchell Lee Lesley, 62, of Greenville, passed away Sunday, January 15, 2023.

Born in Waco, TX, he was a son of Margaret Herron Lesley of Pickens and the late Butler Parson Lesley.

Mitch was employed as a Maintenance Technician with Electrolux in Anderson. He was formerly employed with Dayco in Liberty for over 25 years. He was a member of Blue Ridge View Baptist Church and enjoyed playing the Trumpet, grilling, going to the gym, and karate, where he was a 3^rd degree Black Belt. He also proudly served his country in the US Army for 8 years.

Surviving is his wife of 23 years, Marie Alexander Lesley; his mother, Margaret Lesley; his children, Crystal Leann Merck(Scott) of Clemson, Adrian Michelle Lesley of Loganville, GA, Dustin Adam Armstrong (Sarah) of Seneca, Andrew Baxter Armstrong (Kelsey) of Liberty, Brandon Lee Miller (Abi) of Easley, Jordan Elizabeth Lesley and Marley Kherinton Lesley both of Greenville; grandchildren, Jacie Hunt, Silas Ruark, Finn Ruark, Colleen Armstrong, Kylie Armstrong, Colton Armstrong, Natalie Armstrong, Madison Armstrong, Laken Miller and Bailey Miller; and a sister, Sharon Ruth Lesley Shackleford of Indiana.

In addition to his father, he was predeceased by a great-grandchild, Everly Garcia; and brothers, John Earl “Pedro” Lesley and Albert Henry “Pete” Lesley.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 18, 2023, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. Burial will follow in Blue Ridge View Baptist Church Cemetery, 745 Wolf Creek Road, Pickens, SC 29671.

Flowers will be accepted.

The family will be at the home of his mother, 315 Anthony Road, Pickens, SC 29671.
