Mr. Memory Lavasca "M.L." Lanford, Jr.
Easley
Mr. Memory Lavasca "M.L." Lanford, Jr., 92, of Easley, husband of the late Mary Murrell Lanford, passed away Thursday, May 21, 2015 at Greenville Memorial Hospital.
Born October 29, 1922 in Woodruff, he was a son of the late Memory and Lila McAbee Lanford. Mr. Lanford was a WWII veteran serving in the Merchant Marines and was a retired contractor.
Mr. Lanford is survived by his sons, Johnnie Lanford (Marguerite) and Jimmy Lanford; sister, Margaret Carter; grandsons, Jason, Jarrett, Drew and Chase; and five great-grandchildren.
In addition to his wife and parents, he was predeceased by three brothers.
Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Monday, May 25, 2015 at Graceland Cemetery West.
