Ollie Mae Greene, 100, died December 1, 2006 at Harvey's Nursing Center.
A native of Central she was the daughter of the late Ulysses Grant and Sarah Gillespie. She was a member of Easley First Wesleyan Church and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Earl Greene, her son Robert Greene, 2 grandsons, Robbie and Mark Greene, 4 brothers, Frank, Gene, Sloan and Ned Gillespie and 2 sisters, Lillian Thompson and Ruby Ward.
She is survived by brother, Cecil Gillespie, sisters, Ann Chastain and Frances Moon, grandchildren, Deborah Maria, Jesse Greene and Don Greene, 3 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson and a number of nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Central on Monday, December 4, 2006 at 2:00pm. Online condolences may be expressed at www.robinsonfuneralhomes.com or in person at Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, Central-Clemson Commons, who is assisting the family with arrangements.
