Easley
Myra Galloway McDonald, 76, passed away Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at McCall Hospice House.
Born in Pickens County, Myra was the daughter of the late Winford Americus Galloway and the late Elizabeth Arretta Rutledge Galloway. She graduated from Easley High School in 1958, and retired as branch manager from Anderson Federal Credit Union after more than thirty years of employment. Myra was a member of Easley Presbyterian Church for more than sixty years, where she proudly sang in the choir.
Surviving are a daughter, Lisa Norris of Cleveland, SC; a brother, W. Rutledge Galloway (Dianne) of Easley; a grandson, Kyle Hunsucker of Easley; and special friend, Harold L. Williams of Easley.
Funeral services will be 10 AM Saturday at Easley Presbyterian Church with the Reverend Dr. William P. Seel officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM Saturday in the church parlor, prior to the service.
The family is at the home of her daughter.
