Myrtle Crisp Loftis, 91, of Greenville, went to be with the Lord Saturday November 19, 2011.
Mrs. Loftis was born in Graham County, NC, the wife of the late Harold Thomas Loftis and a daughter of the late Posey and Flora Markum Crisp. She was a homemaker and a member of Tremont Church of God, the Son Shine Sunday School Class, served for many years on the funeral dinner committee and was a greeter.
Surviving are her daughter, Joan L. Wedekind and her husband, Russ, of Greenville; a brother, Dean Crisp, and his wife, Sue, of Greenville; two sisters, Naomi White, of Greenville and Shelby Hanna, and her husband, Tommy, of Piedmont; 2 grandchildren, SaDonna Buchanan and her husband, Jason, and Travis Kay and his wife, Candice, all of Piedmont; four great-grandchildren, Trevor Buchanan, Tyler Buchanan, Carson Kay and Chandler Kay.
Funeral services will be 2:00 Tuesday in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road,Easley, with the Reverend Tim A. Kerns officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday at the funeral home.
The family is at the home of her daughter, 6 Blue Mist Drive, Greenville.
