Nancy Chappell Hopkins, 68, wife of Furman W. Hopkins, Jr., passed away Thursday, September 20, 2018 at her home.
Born in Pickens County, she was a daughter of the late David and Della Holden Chappell. She was a graduate of Liberty High School and was a retired employee of Champion Aero Space in Liberty. Nancy was a member of Prayer Baptist Church.
Surviving in addition to her husband are her daughter, Jennifer Leigh Knight; son, Jeffrey Warren Hopkins; brother, Harold Chappell; grandchildren, Taylor and Steven Hopkins and Jaylee Knight all of Liberty.
In addition to her parents, Nancy was predeceased by brothers, Billy Ray Chappell, Sr. and Larry Chappell.
Graveside services will be 3 PM, Monday at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Central with Rev. Vernell Chappell officiating.
The family is at the home.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
