Mrs. Nettie Lou B. Bagwell, 92, wife of the late Haskell T. Bagwell, passed away Wednesday, September 26, 2018.
Born in Pickens County, a daughter of the late Elijah Walker Bagwell and the late Leatha Mae Martin Bagwell, Mrs. Bagwell retired from Delta Woodside Mills with over thirty years of service and was a true follower of Christ. She loved gardening and cooking, but her greatest love was her family.
Surviving are a daughter, Kathy Bagwell Church of Central; a brother, Elijah Bagwell (Melba) of Easley; a sister, Betty Cannon of Fayetteville, NC; four grandchildren, Sidney Church, Jr., Katlyn Church, Jamie Bagwell and Kimberly Prince; and one great-grandchild. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Bagwell was predeceased by a son, Michael Bagwell; and a grandson, Aaron Bagwell.
Graveside services will be 2:30 PM Friday, September 28, 2018 at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM until 2:00 PM Friday at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown, prior to the graveside service.
