Mrs. Olive Elizabeth Watson Jones Clippard, 94, wife of the late Edwin Jones, the late Reginald Clippard and the late Forrest Putnam, went to be with her Lord and Savior Monday, July 30, 2018.

Mrs. Clippard was born February 7, 1924 in Easley, SC, a daughter of the late Rinda Cisson Watson. She was a graduate of Dacusvile High School and Draughn's Business College. Mrs. Clippard retired from Platt Saco Lowell with thirty years of service and was a lifelong member of Cross Roads Baptist Church where she belonged to the Glen Williams Sunday school class.

Surviving are her son-in-law, Mr. James Benny Hunter of Easley; her grandson, Benjamin Lee (Adriane) Hunter of Easley; and her great-grandsons, Baylon C. Hunter, Brennan E. Hunter and Vincent E. Gonick. In addition to her mother, husbands, Mrs. Clippard was predeceased by her beloved daughter, Linda Jones Hunter; two brothers, Ralph and Louie Watson; and a sister, Faye Martin.

Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Friday, August 3, 2018 at Hillcrest Memorial Park, Pickens, SC with Reverends Jim Finley and Phil Henry officiating.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the graveside.

Family members are at their respective homes.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cross Roads Baptist Church Building Fund, 160 Cross Roads Church Road, Easley, SC 29640.
