Orlando E. Barrow, 73, of 218 Byron Abbey , husband of Joyce C. Barrow, died Monday, December 15, 2008 at his residence.
Mr. Barrow was born in Pulaski, Virginia, a son of the late Orlando and Lula Robertson Barrow. He was a retired manager at the Norfolk Naval Ship Yard.
Surviving in addition to his wife are: a son, Michael Ballow of Newport News, Virginia; a daughter, Patricia Kuehn of Virginia Beach; a brother, Richard Barrow of Kinston, N.C., sisters, Judith Owens of Virginia Beach and Phyllis Perkins of Pasadena, Texas and five grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
