Otto Oscar Ei, loving husband to Marjorie Grymes Ei for 70 wonderful years, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 23, 2017, at his home.

Born in Baltimore, MD, a son to the late Ferdinand Ei and the late Valerie Bracka Ei, he was a retired Tractor Operator for Bethlehem Steel Mill after 46 years of service and a cherished member of Saint Matthias Lutheran Church in Easley. Mr. Ei was known for his loving nature, his tomatoes from the garden, and his bread, which he loved to bake.

Surviving, in addition to his wife are daughters, Valerie Fleischmann (Bruce) of Fishers, IN, Theresa Buckler (George), and Linda Wolf (Donald), both of Easley; grandchildren, Bryan Fleischmann, Brett Buckler, Laura Colosi, Matthew Buckler, Michelle Newsome, and David Wolf; and great-grandchildren, Brad, James, Jack, Samantha, Sarah, and Weston.

Mr. Ei grew up with seven brothers and four sisters.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Saint Matthias Lutheran Church, 501 Powdersville Road, Easley, SC 29642.
