Doctor Pamela Ann Draper, 61, wife of Richard G. Cowan, passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at AnMed.
Dr. Draper was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, a daughter of Joan LaLiberty Draper of Pendleton, and the late Arthur L. Draper.
She served as librarian at Clemson University.
In addition to her husband and mother she is survived by a brother, David H. Draper (Vicki) of Austin, Texas; a sister, April Jean Scherer (Steve) of Lorton, Virginia; two nephews, Alan and Jared Scherer and a niece, Gracie Draper.
A gathering to celebrate Pam's life will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, May 3, 2014 at her home, 159 Grand Oak Circle, Pendleton, SC 29670.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: The Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center at Duke, Duke University Medical Center, DUMC 3624, Durham, NC 27710.
