Patricia M. Hawkins

Patricia M. Hawkins, 75, widow of John H. Hawkins, of Central, passed away Friday, April 30, 2021 surrounded by loved ones. She was born November 23, 1945 a daughter of Charles E. and Illa Mae Watson Maddox. She was a long-time member of the Central Church of God.

Pat was an administrative assistant at Clemson University for many years. When she wasn't at work, she absolutely loved to go shopping. It was her most favorite thing to do. The Central Church of God and her relationship with Jesus Christ was a very integral part of her life. Pat loved her family and will be deeply missed by them all.

In addition to her husband, John, Pat was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Thomas J. Reams and Boyd Reams, Jr.; and four sisters, Lois Reams Chapman, Bonnie Reams Anderson, Lillian Reams Patterson, and Deborah Ellerbie Padilla.

She is survived by a son, John Mark Hawkins (Tina) of Seneca; a daughter, Sheri Hawkins (Tammy) of Phoenix, Arizona; five grandchildren, Tara, Jordan, Raelynn, Danny, and Alexis; and two great grandchildren, Tucker and Levi.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, May 4th at the Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, 108 Cross Creek Rd., Central. Scroll to the video player below to view the service. Private interment will follow. Please consider wearing a mask.

The family will receive friends from 6-7:30 PM Monday May 3rd at the funeral home.
