 Patricia Ann Burton Housey, 76, formerly of Easley, and wife of the late John Housey, passed away Thursday, June 20, 2024, at Patewood Post Acute in Greenville.

Born in San Francisco, CA, she was a daughter of the late Levi and Lecil Bee Armstrong Burton.

 Patricia worked in the medical field as a CNA. She loved to shop, playing cards, and in her earlier years enjoyed playing tennis.

 Surviving are her daughters, Carolyn Green (Rufus) of Springfield, MA, and Nadean Housey of Easley; grandchildren, Rufus Green Jr., Cameron Green (Shayna), Shakeena Pearson, Shakeya Rhoden (Jordan), Ebony Terry (Michael) Jasmine Davis, Yolanda Green, Emma Scandalis, Iyonna Branch; and great-grandchildren Cruz Pearson, Leah McCullen, Britney Rhoden, Bryson Terry, Bradley Terry, Romeo Pearson, Jameson Green, Kendall Celine Green, Audrey McCullen, and London Rhoden; a sister, Nora B. Singleton of Springfield, MA; and cousins, in-laws, and friends.

“You always put your family first, taking great care of your children and grandchildren. Happy and much love, you will be missed”, your daughters, Carol and Nadean.

A special thanks to Authur and Evon White, and Lillie Salley for their continued help assisting Patricia during her time of need.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her son, John Housey, Jr., her sister, Vera Mae Hayes, and her brother, Levi Burton, Jr.

 A service to celebrate Patricia’s life will be 1:00 PM Saturday, June 29, 2024, in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown, 305 W. Main Street, Easley, SC 29640.
