Patricia "Butch" Surratt Stewart, 76, of Easley, wife of the late Sammy Hugh Stewart, Sr., passed away Tuesday, August 31, 2021.
Born in Greenville County, she was the daughter of the late David Surratt and Juanita Taylor White.
Mrs. Stewart was retired from Walmart in Easley. She was a faithful member of West End Baptist Church and attended Bible College there. She loved her family and enjoyed watching NASCAR, South Carolina Football, arranging flowers and mailing cards of encouragement to her friends and family.
Surviving are her children, Sammy Hugh Stewart, Jr. (Allison), and Teletha Stewart Rider all of Easley, Scott Stewart (Sonya) of Piedmont and David Lynn Stewart of Easley; eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a son, Timmy Jackson.
The family will receive friends Friday, September 3, 2021, from 12:00 PM until 1:45 PM at West End Baptist Church in Easley. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM in the church sanctuary. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Flowers will be accepted.
The family will be at the home of the daughter Teletha Rider.
