Patricia Dover Whitmire, 56, of 430 Belt Road, died Saturday, September 12, 2009 at her home.
Mrs. Whitmire was born in Pickens County, the daughter of the late H.E. and Iris McKinney Dover. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
Mrs. Whitmire is survived by her husband James D. Whitmire of the home; three sons, Kevin M. Owens of Liberty, Jefferson Bedford Whitmire of Greenville and Bradley David Whitmire of Easley; a daughter, Sonja Cox of Easley; a brother, Michael Bruce Dover of Liberty and nine grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 3:00 p.m. Tuesday at Red Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Pickens.
The family is at the residence.
