Patrick Charles "Pat" Patteson, 71, beloved husband of Elaine Talley Patteson, passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, April 13, 2026.
Born on December 08, 1954, in Laon, France, to Michelle Odiaux Patteson and the late Charles Henry Patteson.
Pat proudly served his country for 4 years as a member of the United States Marines, a testament to his commitment and courage. Following his military service, he spent 20 years working in plastic injection molding. He later transitioned into a career as an IT consultant, most recently for the Chicago Transit Authority, where his expertise and professionalism left a lasting impact.
Beyond his professional achievements, Pat was an active member of St. Luke's Catholic Church in Easley, South Carolina, reflecting his deep faith and commitment to his community. He was also a dedicated member of the AA Intergroup of Bill W., supporting others with compassion and understanding.
Those who knew Pat remember him fondly for his love of riding his BMW motorcycle and his passion for photography—hobbies that brought him joy and allowed him to capture and experience the world in unique and meaningful ways.
Pat is survived by his loving wife of 41 Years, Elaine Talley Patteson; his mother, Michelle Odiaux Patteson; his three brothers, Tim (Janice), John Patteson of New Hampshire, and Mike Patteson of Florida; and his sister, Marie Dexter (Dean) of New Hampshire.
He is preceded in death by his father, Charles Henry Patteson, and his sister, Bridget Clark of Hilton Head, South Carolina.
