Pauline Roberts Galloway, 95, formerly of the Dunean Community, and wife of the late Lewis Robert Galloway, passed away Sunday June 21, 2015 at Hosanna Health and Rehab in Piedmont.
Born in Greenville, she was the daughter of the late James Milton Roberts and Linnie Springfield Roberts.
Mrs. Galloway was a former employee of Dunean Mill. She was a former member of Dunean Baptist Church and was a member of Pendleton First Baptist Church in Pendleton and the Senior Fellowship Group.
Surviving are her daughter, Gail Jameson (Ross) of Liberty; a grandson, Jason Galloway; three step grandchildren, Jill Jameson Kellett, Kerry Jameson and Lauri Jameson Owens.
Mrs. Galloway was the last surviving member of her immediate family. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a son, James H. Galloway and eight brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday June 23, 2015 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with a private burial in Graceland West Cemetery.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:30 PM until 1:45 PM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Senior Fellowship Group of Pendleton Baptist Church, P.O. Box 187, Pendleton, SC 29670.
The family will be at the home of her daughter, Gail Jameson.
