Peggy Joyce Miller

MillerClemson, SCPeggy Joyce Winbun Miller, 86, of Clemson, widow of Jack Rouse Miller died Monday, May 16, 2016.Born in Louisville, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late Joseph Frank and Ethel Harris Winbun.  Peggy attended Cumberland College and Winthrop University.  She was a former resident of York, SC where she taught private kindergarten and later lived in Orangeburg, SC where she was the administrative assistant for Rev. Lloyd Bolt at the Methodist Church.  She and her husband moved to Clemson in 1971 where he was the Principal at Morrison Elementary School.  She began a long career as a realtor in the Clemson community.  She was a member of bridge clubs, the Clemson Women's Club and Rotary along with Clemson United Methodist Church.Surviving are her daughter, Pamela Joy Miller of Charlotte, NC; and her son , his wife and a granddaughter.Condolences may be expressed online at www.robinsonfuneralhomes.com or at Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, Central, SC.
