Pok Nam Kim Marshbanks, 70, of 200 Kingsberry Drive, wife of the late James Kenneth Marshbanks, went home to be with the Lord Monday, December 15, 2008, at McCall Hospice House.
Born in Kyongbuk, S. Korea, a daughter of the late Hak Kyu Kim and Sun Im Ku, Mrs. Marshbanks retired from Wangner Systems, and was a member of Korean Free Presbyterian Church in Greenville.
Surviving are her daughter, Jackie Ellison and husband, Neil, of Acworth, GA; four brothers, Jae Myong Kim of Seoul, S. Korea, Yong Myong Kim and Ul Myong Kim, both of Dallas, TX, and To Myong Kim of Atlanta, GA; six sisters, Choon Cha Pang and Jae Boon Kim, both of Seoul, S. Korea, Jai Kum Kim of Pusan, S. Korea, Ok Cha Kim, Nam Ee Logan and Mar Lam Kim, all of Maryland; and a granddaughter, Olivia Greenlee Ellison.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with Rev. David Lee officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the McCall Hospice House, 1836 West Georgia Road, Simpsonville, SC 29680.
