Ralph McDaniel Williams, 92, of 481 Hamburg Road, died Thursday, June 29, 2006, at his home.
Born in Pickens County, Mr. Williams was the son of the late Lenard B. and Essie McDaniel Williams. He graduated from Dacusville High School and retired from Furman University. Mr. Williams was a farmer and gardener, and he was of the Methodist faith.
Surviving are his wife of sixty years, Dorothy Holcombe Williams, of the home; two sons and daughters-in-law, Dan and Barbara Williams and Stanley and Sandra Williams, all of Easley.
Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with the Reverend Jim Ed Looper officiating. Private burial will follow in the Latham Family Cemetery.
Visitation will be 9:30-10:45 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home prior to the service.
Memorials may be made to Interim Hospice, 775 Spartan Blvd., Spartanburg, S.C. 29301.
Family members express their special thanks to the caregivers, Debra Clardy, Carol Munir, Janice Propes, and Interim Hospice.
