RANDY "LUCY" LYDA - Central
Randy "Lucy" Lee Lyda, 42 husband of Amanda Jane Lyda of 130 James Circle died Friday, March 2, 2007 at Cannon Memorial Hospital. He was a native of Central and a son of Rosa Lyda of Central and the late Clarence Lyda. He was employed by Alice Manufacturing for 17 years and was a member of Freedom Fellowship Church in Central.
Surviving in addition to his wife Amanda Jane Lyda are step-sons: Barry Ramey and his wife Natalie, Seneca, Terry Ramey and his wife Casey, Westminster; step-daughter, Melissa Evans and her husband Buddy, Westminster; brothers, Ronald "Monk" Lyda and his wife Wanda, Central, Ricky Lyda and his wife Nancy, Central and two grandchildren, Haley and Brook Ramey.
Funeral services will be Monday at 3pm in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Central. The family will receive friends Sunday from 6:30-8:30 at the funeral home. The family is at the home of the mother Rosa Lyda, 130 James Circle, Central, SC 29630.
