Ray Vinson Winkler, 23, of 137 Chastain Road, died Monday, July 12, 2010.
Born in Easley, he was a son of Marie Barnes Winkler Talley of Six Mile and the late Donnie Ray Winkler. He was a truck driver with KLLM Trucking, was a E-4 in the SC National Guard, and was of the Church of God faith.
Surviving in addition to his mother is a son Colton Ray Winkler of the home; his fiance, Tori Perry of the home; sister, Donielle Winkler of Six Mile; half-sisters, Donna, Deanna and Donnett; step-father, Newal Talley of Six Mile; and grandparents, Harry and Janice Barnes of Central.
In addition to his father, he was predeceased by a half-brother, Michael Haney.
Funeral services will be held at 11 AM, Thursday in the Chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home with burial to follow in Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Colton Ray Winker Memorial Fund, % Wachovia Bank.
