Raymon Eloise Parnell Bolding, 90, of 12 Derwood Circle, wife of the late Perry Mark Bolding, Sr., went home to be with the Lord Sunday, May 23, 2010, at her home.
Born in Antreville, a daughter of the late Lawrence Raymond "Jake" and Annie Bonds Parnell, Mrs. Bolding was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are a son, Perry Mark Bolding, Jr. (Kathy Wynn), of Greenville; two daughters, Judy Hickum and Brenda Batson (Dreugh), all of Greenville; a brother, Lawrence Wendell Parnell of Greenwood; grandchildren, Cindy Rhodes (Ronald) of Greenwood, Mark Bolding (Donna) and Reggy Batson (Pam), all of Greenville, and Brad Batson (Christy) of Piedmont; great-grandchildren, Brooke and Hunter Rhodes, Tommy Batson and Josh Santana. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Bolding was predecesaed by two brothers, Rufus and Sanford Parnell and by a sister, Lila Awtry.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. Burial will follow in Mountain View Baptist Church Cemetery, Six Mile.
Visitation will be from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, prior to the service.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Upstate, 1835 Rogers Road, Anderson, SC 29621 or to the charity of one's choice.
The family is at the residence.
