Raymond Fant, 80, of 2026 Belle Shoals Road died, Monday, January 5, 2009 at his home.
Born in Anderson County, a son of the late Jess and Virgie Burdett Fant, he was a retired employee with Palmetto Loom Reed in Greenville and was a member of Bible Methodist Church.
Surviving are, three sisters, Ethel Hayes of Easley, Ollie Newman of Pickens and Maggie Riddle of Anderson; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 3:30 PM, Wednesday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with Revs. Belvine Greene and Terry Going officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 6:30 to 8 PM, Tuesday at the funeral home.
The family is at his home.
