Raymond Matthew Flasch, 93, widower of Mary Snow Flasch, died Monday, July 17, 2017 at St. Francis Hospital in Greenville, SC.
Born in Dormont, PA, he was a son of the late John and Nellie Edith McCollum Flasch. He was a graduate of and earned a Masters Degree in Theology and Music from Cleveland Bible College. He retired after 28 years of service with Sherwin Williams of Cleveland. Raymond was a US Navy Veteran of WWII, and served in both the European and Pacific Theatre. He was a member of Golden Grove Wesleyan Church.
Surviving are two sons, Rod (Vicki) Flasch of Simpsonville, SC and Jeff (Brenda) Flasch of Belton, SC.
In addition to his wife and parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Charles Flasch; and sisters, Rena Mae Catron and Edith Boyd.
Funeral Services will be 11 AM, Friday at Golden Grove Wesleyan Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM, Thursday at Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, Central, SC.
The family will be at their respective homes.
