Raymond Lee Taylor, 44, of 136 Countryside Drive, died Tuesday January 6, 2009 at his home.
Mr. Taylor was born in Greenville, a son of Sandra Whitaker Masters, of Taylors, SC. He was formerly employed with the City of Easley and was a Baptist.
Surviving in addition to his mother, are his wife, Charlotte Hunter Taylor, of Easley, SC ; a daughter, Kayla Shelton and her husband, Travis, of Easley, SC ; a half-brother, Todd Taylor, of Greenville, SC ; a half-sister, Casey Taylor, of Greenville, SC ; a step-brother, Steven Masters, of Winder, Georgia ; a step-sister, Rhonda Bush, of Greenville, SC ; a grandchild, Chloe Alyssa Shelton, of Easley, SC and his step-father, Melvin Masters, of Taylors, SC.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Saturday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road with the Reverend Greg Phillips officiating. Cremation will follow the service and inurnment will be private at Robinson Memorial Gardens, Chapel of Reflection Mausoleum.
The family is at the home of Charlotte Taylor, 118 Auston Wood Circle, Easley, and will receive friends from 12:30 pm until 2:00 pm Saturday, prior to the service, at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
