Redolia Fowler Phillips, 82, of Byron, Georgia, wife of William Monroe Phillips, died Tuesday, August 2, 2011 after a long battle with Alzheimer's.
Born in Greenville, SC, a daughter of the late Guy Grady and Millie Belle MacDanial Fowler, Mrs. Phillips graduated from Easley High School in 1950. She is a member of Byron Baptist Church.
Surviving, in addition to her husband of 58 years, are; two daughters, Cheryl E. Young (John) of Kathleen, GA and their children Audrey, Andrew and Catherine; Jalynn Hudnall (Eric) of Warner Robins, GA and their children, Erica and Adam; a brother, Jim Fowler of Boiling Springs, SC and his sons, Mike and Mitch; a sister, Geneva Gardo (Bud) of Pelzer, SC and their children Teresa, Robert and Boyd.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, August 6, 2011 in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Friday, at the funeral home.
