Regina Hunter Tollison

Regina Hunter Tollison, 73, wife of Walter J. Tollison, of Easley, passed away Monday, June 23, 2025.

Born in Atlanta, GA, she was a daughter of the late Horace and Mary McClain Hunter.

Regina had a deep love for gardening and found peace and purpose in reading her Bible. She was an active and cherished member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.

In addition to her loving husband of 44 years, Mrs. Tollison is survived by sons, Matthew Tollison (Jessica) of Easley and Billy Brown of Anderson; a stepson, Randy Tollison of Sarasota, FL; a stepdaughter, Pam Cannon (Glenn) of Easley; brothers, Dean Hunter and Ricky Hunter, both of Anderson; a sister, Debbie Drake of Hilton Head; five grandchildren, Bradley Cannon (April), Marlee Gilbert (Ben), Chase Brown, Isaac Tollison,a nd Garrett Tollison; and three great-grandchildren, Temperance, Gwendolyn, and Asher Cannon.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Randall Hunter; and a sister, Tammy Hunter.

The family will host a memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, June 29, 2025 at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, Easley, SC.
