Rev. Leonard Lemorse Spohn, 83, husband of Sylvia Cantrell Spohn, died Friday, November 11, 2011 at the Cottingham Hospice House in Seneca. A native of Kansas he was the son of the late James and Cretta Cox Spohn. He was a retired minister and was a solid Christian and exemplified the traits of kindness, compassion and gentleness.
In addition to his wife he is survived by daughters: Debra S. Lienau (David) of Birch Run, Michigan and Lorrie S. Agan (Jeff) of Bowling Green, Ohio, eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by brother, Larry Spohn.
Graveside services will be held Monday at 1pm at Memory Gardens, Clemson. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to LaFrance First Baptist Church, 1 Circle Street, LaFrance, SC 29656,
