Richard "Dick" Alden Mudge

Richard “Dick” Alden Mudge, 95, of Seneca, husband to Patricia Learmonth Mudge, passed away June 26, 2023.

Born in Providence, RI, he was the son of the late Harold and Marion Smith Mudge. Prior to his high school graduation, Mr. Mudge joined the United States Navy and served his country proudly for twenty years. After his military service, Dick worked as an electronics technician for many years before his retirement. He was a member of the Fleet Reserve for over fifty years and a member of the American Philatelic Society.

Mr. Mudge is survived by his wife of seventy years, Patricia Learmonth Mudge; children, Kenneth Richard Mudge (Karen) and Judith Ann Mudge Dal Poggetto (Glenn); grandchildren, Laura Noto (Max), Katherine Mudge, Kimberly Dal Poggetto, Daniel Dal Poggetto, and Aaron Dal Poggetto; brother, George Jones.

Dick is predeceased by his parents and brother, Clifton Holmes Mudge.

A private family service will be held.
