Mr. Richard Arnold Loveday, 71, of Piedmont, loving husband of Mary Kathryn Loveday (Torres), passed away Thursday, December 24, 2015 at home.

Richard was born in Washington, DC on May 26, 1944 to the late Arnold Harry and Katherine Elizabeth Black Loveday. He worked for 25 years as a repairman with AT&T and was a member of Community Bible Church in Easley. Richard was a U.S. Air Force Sergeant and served during the Vietnam Era.

In addition to his loving wife, Richard is survived by a son; Rick Loveday (Heather Neff Loveday), of Greenville; a brother; William Harry Loveday of Alachua, Florida; and a sister; Linda Kay Loveday of Ocala, Florida.

Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at Community Bible Church, 8005 SC-81, Easley, SC 29642. The family requests that dress be casual.

The family will be at the residence, and requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to either the Disabled American Veterans, 672 Pleasant View Rd, Pickens, SC  29671, or to the Community Bible Church Missions, 8005 SC-81, Easley, SC 29642.
