Edgar Ricky Wells, 54, died Monday February 26, 2007 at his home.

Born in Greer, he was a son of Doris Cody Wells, of Greenville, and the late Edgar Charles Wells. Mr. Wells had the distinction of being the first boy born in Allen Bennett Hospital in Greer. He was a 1970 Class graduate of Parker High School and was employed at B.M.W. in Duncan, SC. He was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church and the Harmony Bible Fellowship Class.

Surviving in addition to his mother, is his wife, Susan B.Wells, of the home ; two sons, Eric C. Wells and his wife, Suzy, of Easley and Ryan A. Wells, of the home ; a daughter, Veronica W. Day, and her husband, Jonathan, of Easley ; three sisters, Ann Dickson and her husband, David and Angela Williams, all of Baltimore, Maryland and Teresa Wells, of Greenville ; two grandchildren, Brady and Laney Wells.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 pm Thursday at Rock Springs Baptist Church, conducted by the Reverend Dr. David Gallamore, the Reverend Gordon Moore and the Reverend Jonathan Day. Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery, West.

The family is at the home and will receive friends Wednesday from 6:00 pm until 8:30 pm at Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road, Easley.
