Ricky T. Black

Ricky Tommy Black, 46, husband of Debra Dobbs Black, died November 7, 2007 at the Rainey Hospice House of Anderson. A life-long resident of Pendleton and LaFrance, he was the son of the late Maxie Ansel Black, Jr. and Mary Ruth Gray Black. He was a loving husband, a good father, and loved fishing. He was a member of the LaFrance Church of God of Prophecy.

In addition to his wife and mother he is survived by a daughter, Sara Black of the home; brothers Thomas Eugene Black and wife Mary of LaFrance and Danny Wilson Black and wife Darlene of Anderson. He was predeceased by a brother, Terry Black and sister, Carolyn Black.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2pm in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home with burial to follow in Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday from 6-9pm at the funeral home.
