Robert Eston Baker

Robert Eston Baker, 74, of Six Mile, husband to Linda Barnes Baker, passed away August 30, 2022.

Born in Moultrie, GA, he was the son of the late Eston and Marjorie Barfield Baker.  Mr. Baker worked for Duke Power for 38 years and was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses almost his entire life.  He loved his 1969 Chevy Camaro, fishing, and spending time with his wife and son; he was a fine father, husband, and friend.

Mr. Baker is survived by his wife of fifty-five years, Linda Barnes Baker; son, Robert Leslie “Les” Baker; brother, Glenn Baker (Jean); sister, Wanda Luke.

A memorial service will be held Thursday September 8^th at 3 P.M. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 105 S. Norris Drive, Norris, SC 29667.
