Robert Tyler Butler, 16, of Easley, passed away Saturday, January 19, 2019.
Born in Greenville, he was the son of Robert Wayne Butler and Connie Dorr Butler. Tyler was a 10th grade student in online learning and loved to play football. He was a member of Glenwood Baptist Church.
Surviving, in addition to his parents, are his sister, Kaitlyn Butler; his maternal grandmother, Betty Godfrey; his paternal grandfather, Hal Dorr and his wife Lynn; and his aunts and uncle, Jennifer, Shelly, Sherry, Tonya and Tony.
Tyler was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Esther Butler.
Funeral services will be held Friday, January 25, 2019 at 3:00pm in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road. Burial will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends Friday afternoon from 1:30pm - 2:45pm at the funeral home.
