Robert Charles Duhaime

Robert Charles Duhaime, Sr., 84, of Easley, was the husband to Shirley Ann Ennis Duhaime, passed peacefully with his family by his side, November 14, 2016 in Baptist Easley Hospital.

 

Born in Bridgeport, CT to the late Louis Stephen Duhaime and Laura Ismelda McCleod Duhaime.

 

Robert was honorably discharged from the US Navy.   He was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Easley for 17 years.   He enjoyed Golf, Bowling, Skiing, sports with the kids, the N.Y. Yankees and N.Y. Giants.   Robert retired from IBM after working as a Senior Electrical Engineer for many years.

 

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 58 years; his children, Robert C. Duhaime, Jr, Teresa "Terry" A. Satter, William K. Duhaime, Kathy D. Joiner, and David L. Duhaime; grandchildren, Christie, Stacey, Brittany, Brandon, Elisabeth, Will, Amanda, Natalie, Logan, Lilly, and Bella; and great-grandchild, Caden.

 

Funeral service will be held Thursday, November 17th at 2:00 PM in Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road, 1425 Powdersville Road, Easley, with Pastor Robert Reeise officiating.   Entombment will be in Robinson Memorial Gardens, Chapel of Reflection Mausoleum in Easley.

 

Family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM prior to the service in the funeral home.

 

In lieu of flowers, donations are requested directly to the Easley Christian School, 461 Saco Lowell Rd, Easley, SC 29640.
