Robert Thomas Giehls

Mr. Robert Thomas Giehls, 64, husband of Linda Lorraine Scheerer Giehls, passed away Saturday, June 20, 2026.

Born in Kentucky, he was the son of the late Dr. Roy Giehls, Jr. and the late Bonnie Blair Giehls, Mr. Giehls retired from sales and was of the Presbyterian faith.

Robert loved boats, sailing boats and was an avid motorcycle enthusiast. He will be deeply missed by all that loved and knew him.

Surviving, in addition to his wife of thirty-eight years, are his daughters, Marie Lin Graziano (Dan) of Easley, and Ria Lee Goodwin of Portland, OR; his sister, Mary Ellen Hawthorne (Mark) of Panama City, FL; and his grandchildren, Vance Graziano, Juliana Graziano, and Addison Goodwin.

The family will host a gathering at 2:00 PM Saturday, July 18, 2026 in the Parlor of Easley Presbyterian Church.
