Robert Dennis Medlin

Robert Dennis Medlin, 91, husband of the late Zoa Mae Pace Medlin, of Easley, passed away Thursday, April 25, 2024.

Born in Easley, he was a son of the late Robert and Pauline Brewer Medlin.

Dennis proudly served with the U.S. Navy for four years and later retired from Watson's Barber Shop. He was a member of the Woodmen of the World and West End Baptist Church. Dennis never met a stranger and everyone that met him, loved him.

Dennis is survived by his three daughters, Debbie M. Robinson (Mike) of Easley, Denise M. McGaha (Benny) of Easley, and Donna M. Kelley (Ernie) of Pickens; his five sisters, Marguerite McCall of Easley, Ruth Mauldin of Easley, Sarah Blackston (Tommy) of NC, Dottie Ridley (Tom) of Easley, and Judy Albertson (Ozell) of Abbeville; his six grandchildren, Tara Tallman (Dennis), Kevin Robinson (Jackie), Amy Ramey (Bryan), Brad McGaha (Nicole), Casey Sims (Michael), and Victoria Ramey (Matthew); 15 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-granddaughter; and his special friend, Laura Hinds.

In addition to his loving wife, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Olin and Harold Medlin.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, April 28, 2024 at the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home, Downtown. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:30 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. Sunday, April 28, 2024 at the funeral home.
