Robert Albert "Bob" Moss, 85, beloved husband of Elaine Moss, passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at his home.

Born in Newfield, NJ, he was the son of the late Edith Buscher Moss.

Bob was a graduate of Vineland High School in Vineland, NJ, and Atlantic Cape Community College, Culinary Program.

Bob was an avid motorcycle racer. He worked for Bultaco International as a district manager. He was also a car salesman for many years before becoming a chef.

Bob moved to Anderson, SC, 35 years ago. He worked as a chef with Clemson University and AnMed Hospital. He was a proud member of the American Legion Post #11 in Pickens. He proudly served his country in the US Navy. He enjoyed woodworking and fishing.

In addition to his wife, Elaine, he is survived by his sister, Barbara Farina of Vineland, NJ; his daughters, Tracy Moss Carfagno (Russell) of Horsham, PA, Robin Concordia (David) of Vineland, NJ, Tina Petrini of Minotola, NJ, and Megan Kelly (Sam) of Egg Harbor City, NJ; grandchildren, Erica Petrini, and Jay Petrini, Jr., David Concordia, Jr., Emily Concordia, Amaya De Los Santos, and Zara De Los Santos; stepchildren, Jarrod Holmes (Judi) of CA, Chad Holmes (Maja) of KS, and Courtney Holder (Brian) of Pickens; step grandchildren, Brianna Anthony (Coleman), Lilly Holder, Jackson Holder, Isabel Holmes, Adam Holmes, Lucy Holmes, and Clara Holmes; and great grandchild, Nellie Anthony.

Bob’s family would like to thank Agape Care for their loving care of Bob, and their neighbors and good friends, John and Sharon McCall and family, for always being there.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2026, at 6:00 PM at The American Legion Post 11, 185 Hagood St, Pickens, SC 29671.
