Robert Silsby, Sr. age 69 of Liberty died on December 30, 2023.

He was born on May 13, 1954 to Alfred and Gladys Silsby in Olean, NY. Robert worked making furniture for Bush Industries for many years. He went on to marry his wife Violet and spent the rest of his days in Liberty, SC. He enjoyed mowing the lawn and the outdoors.  

Robert is survived by wife, Violet Silsby; sons, Christopher Silsby, Dustin Silsby (Lena), Albert Silsby, Dale Meadows (Kayley), and Robert Silsby Jr. (Stephanie); brothers, Alfred "Son" Silsby, Jr., Richard Silsby, Carl Silsby, Roy Silsby; 12 grandchilren and 1 great grandchild on the way. He is predeceased by his parents; his brothers, William Silsby and Frank Silsby; and sisters, Iva Silsby Wright and Mary Silsby.

The family will have private services at a later date.
