Robert F. "Frank" Smith
April 26, 1919 — December 8, 2016
Mr. Robert Frank Smith, 97, husband of the late Annie Parris Smith, passed away Thursday, December 8, 2016 at Richard Campbell Veteran's Nursing Home.
Born in Pickens County, a son of the late Martin and Della Simmons Smith, Mr. Smith retired from Woodside Mills-Easley and was a member of St. Andrew United Methodist Church. He was a US Army Veteran having served in WWII.
Surviving are a son, Calbert Lee (Joyce) of Taylors; a sister, Evelyn Duncan of Greenville; three nieces, six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Smith was predeceased by a brother, Loyd Smith.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Monday, December 12, 2016 at St. Andrew United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park with military honors.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM until 1:45 PM Monday at the church, prior to the service.
Family members are at their respective homes.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Andrew United Methodist Church, 309 Pelzer Highway, Easley, SC 29642.
