Melissa Robin Garrett, 47, of 130 Gail Avenue, passed away Sunday, October 17, 2010, at Fairfield Memorial Hospital.
Born in Pickens County, a daughter of Rebecca Waldrop Garrett of Pickens, and the late William Tillman "Tater" Garrett, Miss Garrett was a graduate of Pickens High School and was a member of East Pickens Baptist Church.
Surviving, in addition to her mother, are a sister, Cindy Jones of Pickens; two nieces, Clancy and Kelli Jones and a nephew, Jacob Jones.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Sunday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 6:00 until 8:00 pm Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to East Pickens Baptist Church, 2244 Gentry Memorial Highway, Pickens, SC 29671.
The family is at the residence.
