Robin Marie Brown Grodsky, 63, wife of Lee Grodsky, of Salem, SC, passed away Wednesday, November 26, 2025.
Born in Ithaca, NY, she was a daughter of Joann B. Hay Brown of Freeville, NY and the late Leslie M. Brown.
Robin served her community with compassion, volunteering and contributing regularly to the Golden Corner Food Pantry in Seneca, SC and also, along with her husband, Robin was a cofounder of the Phlock of the Tri-Lakes Parrot Head Club.
She had a deep love for animals and devoted herself to rescuing dogs throughout her life. She found joy in many passions, including boating, quilting, and riding motorcycles. She also cherished classic cars, especially her beloved 1969 Mustang convertible.
In addition to her mother and her loving husband of 13 years, Robin is survived by her "bonus" sons, Brandon Grodsky (Annalissa) and Adam Grodsky; her "bonus" grandchild, Chase Zwickl; her brothers, Leslie Brown, II of Freeville, NY and Douglas Brown (Penny) of Dryden, NY; and her sister, Jacqueline L.M. Brown of Lindley, NY.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a sister, Nevada Dawn Brown-Weinberg.
The family will host a memorial at a later date.
