Ronald Maurice Elllenburg, 54, went home to be with the Lord on May 5, 2010, in Gary, Indiana.
He was employed with C.R. England Trucking, a former control room operator with Duke Energy, he was of the baptist faith, and also, a Mason.
Surviving is his life long partner and friend, Gail Ellenburg Whitworth; a son, Dennis Cordell Jr., daughters; Melissa (Rob) Brasher, Mary (Phil) Masters, Rony(Richie) Tallman and Stacy(nate) Pilgrim. grandchildren; Corey(Parisa) Hall, Catlin(Jamie) Hall, Jaimee and Selena Masters,Shennandoah, Skyler, Slader Tallman, Randall and David Ramey. great-grandchildren; Hannah, Austin, Samuel Hall. His mother, Sada Kelly Ellenburg; a sister, Darlene Alfred. He was predeceased by his father, Maurice C. Ellenburg and a sister, Angela L. Kay.
Funeral services will be 10 AM, Wednesday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with the Rev. Bill Smith officiating, with burial to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Pickens.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 PM, Tuesday at the funeral home.
