Ronald Gardzalla

Ronald Joseph Gardzalla, 89, husband of the late Theresa Gardzalla, passed away Wednesday, May 6, 2026.

Born in Plymouth, PA, he was the only son of the late Joseph and Helen Dorshefski Gardzalla.

Ronald worked as a Production Manager for Engelhard before retiring. When he wasn't working, he enjoyed spending his time outdoors, hiking and fly fishing. Above all else, he loved his family. Ronald and Theresa were members of St. Andrew Catholic Church in Clemson. 

Ronald was survived by his three sons Michael (Ellen); Kenneth (Mary); Stephen (Claudia); his sisters Lucille Palovchak, and Janice Karnes; his grandchildren Sarah McDole, Kathryn Gardzalla, Allison Gardzalla, Joseph Gardzalla, Eleanor Gardzalla, Erika Evans; great - grandchildren Gabriel, Madison, Gage, and Devon; great-great grandson Marcus.

A memorial mass will be held Saturday, June 13, 2026 at 1:00 PM at St. Andrew Catholic Church in Clemson. A committal service will be held Monday, June 15, 2026 at 1:00PM at M.J. Dolly Cooper Cemetery in Anderson, SC.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Interim Hospice 100 Verdae Blvd, Greenville, SC 29607.
