Ronald Edger Porter, 50, died Tuesday, March 13, 2007 at his residence . A native of Anderson he was born July 20, 1956 and is the son of Charles and Sarah Haney Porter.
In addition to his parents he is survived by sons: Mason and Jonathan Porter and a daughter, Emily Porter of Fairplay; sisters: Sharon Diane and husband Eddie Martin of Six Mile, Wanda and husband Scott Thrasher of Seneca, Teresa Stone of Six Mile and Sarah and husband James Donald of Anderson, 4 nephews and 1 niece.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 3pm at East Clemson Christian Fellowship with burial in Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends on Thursday at Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home from 6-8pm.
